Recently, the first full-automatic powder metallurgy production line, that consists of pressing, sintering, deburring, cleaning, has put in use, which will save workforce and improve production efficiency highly.
The different parts shaped by two pressing machines of 160T are sent to designed place, where these shaped parts are set onto the sintering plate, and then are subjected to sintering, deburred, cleaned, which achieves smooth connection of processes of powder metallurgy.
In this process, if something wrong happen to sintering furnaces, which results in a bulk deposition of products, the pressing machines will stop automatically, which achieves automatic feedback of system information. And pressing machines errors will make automatic alarms ring, which keeps the whole production line on good work.
Full-automatic powder metallurgy production lines are used successfully, and achieve full-time work of pressing machines and sintering furnaces, which will avoid failures caused by human factors, and will reduce downtimes and deposition.
