Low Aloy Steel
It includes the pre-alloy powders and the combinations of iron powder and other alloying elements (Ni, Al, C, etc) powder. The proportion of each element and heat treatment conditions may be different to get various performance. Alloy will have a high strength and proper toughness by hardening. And to make the surface have a good resistance and viscosity, carbon low alloy can be subjected to carburizing and quenching on surface.
Material Characteristics:
1, Uniform structure.
2, Excellent strength
3, High density
4, Good viscosity
Application:
Low alloy steel is commonly used in lightweight structure parts, especially suited on high strength and hardness of the occasion after carburizing, quenching treatment.
